or maybe it's a really, really good idea.

On Saturday, I met a lady who trained her cat, when she was much younger, on the fine art of using the toilet. A serious person toilet. She bought a special little tiny toilet seat that fit on top of the regular human butt sized one and would stick her cat on it once she noticed it going in its litter box. She would give it little snacks for reinforcement and started putting catnip on the flusher. Obviously, the cat also learned how to flush once it was finished. I thought maybe she was joking about all this, like she was regurgitating a story about Mr. Jinx from Meet the Parents, but she was not. Her husband vouched for it.

And wouldn't you know.....it's a little bit different but totally possible.
