So, the new season of Laguna Beach started on Monday... I'll admit I am more than entranced. Considering I obsessively watched the show and nearly every marathon since last year, you can imagine how excited I was on Monday. But my excitement on Monday couldn't hold a candle to breaking news on Gawker this past week... Lo has a webshots page. Her handle is sexybiatch101. She seems to have a penchant for kissy faces, sunglasses, beverage, and fake names.

I heard that Laguna Beach was actually scripted, i.e, fake. True or no?
I hope not.
Which means it probably is fake. SAD!
here,for example, they just drop that it's scripted all casually, but it almost seems like a mistake. I mean, if it was really scripted, we would have hear about it, right?

It is unscripted, but some students I know from that high school
confirmed what I suspected: the producers are heavily involved in the
overall molding of the plot, as well as during shooting for dialogue
"suggestions".
